Aching of my heart Empty Aching of my heart

My Heart is aching
I can not cry
Pain inside
But carrying a smile
Numb from hurt and numb through pain
Dont try to be sad ,But the pain that I have
Is there when I wake and there when I nap
I dont know no words to shake of this fad
Will keep on smiling not wanting to be sad,
but how long will it last the aching of my heart
