Why the Basket- Letting go

Well am not sure why this is here, but shall we use it as our basket to throw in all our unwanted fears, hurts, pains worries, anger ..... just chuck it in and let the Angels take care of it

Its been a while since I last emptied anything into the basket.
I have soo much to get rid of, everything that happened before during and after my dads passing and funeral. all the people who have cause a lot of upset in my life since the beginning of this year and all pain I have again and am so tired of. I thank the angels to always be by my side and help me creat a better energy field around others and myself,Thank yyou

I just placed some worries and problems in the basket, then called my angels to take them all away and help heal me, i felt their energy, it certainly helps you to focus, what a great idea this is, thanks very much, love Monica x

Today I am finding it hard to breath and I know it is because some one has been brought back into my thoughts and I am fighting in my head to let them back in. I know these feelings come from my anger because of their betrayal and deviousness, but all I can do is put them into the basket and ask the Angels to take care of the emotions and the situation. I will also ask for the cord to be cut again. I know I can sort this by dumping all this in the bin.
I thank the Angels for taking care of my fears and worries.
