Count down to Christmas

Only 15 day to go! are you organised or like me wishing it was still about celebrating the birth or Jesus, sadly now it is all about spending, oh dear a bit ba humbug sorry, but i am sure i am not alone in these thoughts, love x goddess x

Ba humbug, all the magic has gone for me I'm afraid, too much over spending & over eating these days for my liking.

[/quote. Totally agree with you both. I was only saying this to my mum the other day. It's not about the birth of Jesus anymore, it's how much we can spend and indulge on one day. For me I could do without it all and have just a nice day of being together as a family, listen to proper Christmas songs and tell proper stories. Ah a bah humbug from me too haha.

I am the same as you two In fact Jesus was born in march so why they celebrate his birthday in December I don't know! Ohh the powers that be dictating to the masses again..I just wished I could skip the whole lot I call it the feeling guilty time especially when you realise you have missed someone out...
